achieving success by expecting it.
Regardless of your goal--losing weight, getting percentage of marks, furthering your education, earning money --you can expect to achieve your goal if you plan and prepare for it.
Also understand that the path from where you are to where you want to be is not always smooth and straight. The reason for the twists and bumps is simple, and it has nothing to do with you. It has more to do with the fact that not everyone is as interested in your success as you are. Some people may accidentally hinder your efforts; others who are in competition with you and have little or no integrity may try to sabotage your efforts.
Keep in mind, though, that when you hit those roadblocks your character, commitment, and attitude are the determining factors in your success... Carefully review your plan of action, seek wise counsel, and be particularly careful to feed your mind good information. An optimistic, positive mind is far more likely to come up with creative solutions than a mind that dwells on setbacks and difficulties.
Doing something really big at a young age is marvelous, for, only that can make you realise - "rules are meant to be broken!"
Last but not the least - "All the world loves a lover". Love everyone. The easiest way to get loved is give love.
introduced to the world of passion, dreams and success
Through this i got introduced to the world of youngsters with reluctant passions, dreams and success. where i had learned which i had missed in my 12 years of education. Still learning many things. this set a goal for me and made me to dream big. taught me to live and learn to live in the world of passions.
i'm very thankful to Er.SujitLalwani ji for his inspiration.
"Dare! don't just dream."
IS IT MOTIVATION OR MOTIVE-ACTION
Today, in the knowledge-based world, where change is the rule, a set of personal strategies is essential for success, even survival. Never again will you be able to go to your place of business on autopilot, comfortable and secure that the organization, state or government will provide for and look after you.
You must look in the mirror when you ask who is responsible for your success or failure. You must become a lifelong learner and leader, for to be a follower is to fall hopelessly behind the pace of progress. The power brokers in the new global arena will be the knowledge facilitators.
Ignorance will be even more the tyrant and en slaver than in the past. As you look in the mirror to see the 21st Century you, there will also be another image standing beside you. It is your competition. Your competition, from now on, will be a hungry immigrant with a wireless, hand-held, digital assistant.
Hungry for food, hungry for a home, for a new car, for security, for a college education. Hungry for knowledge. Smart, quick thinking, skilled and willing to do anything necessary to be competitive in the world marketplace.
Working long hours and Saturdays, staying open later, serving customers better and more cheerfully. To be a player in the 21st Century you have to be willing to give more in service than you receive in payment.
MY PASSIONS
The persons who inspired me, to follow the passions of their mark..
Purpose is knowing what you want and doing it because it expresses who you really are. Mahatma Gandhi ji, Swami Vivekananda, Mother Theresa (when she was alive). They’re “on purpose.” They’re living the life they were born to live. It’s hard to imagine them doing anything else. They don’t need goals to motivate themselves. They’d do it anyway. And if they do set goals, it’s just to keep score.
I’ve spent a lot of time studying highly effective people through my organization (Er.Sujit Lalwani ji, Dr. Surendra ji,Rohit Hulmani ji, including graduates of my various seminars, and I find four threads that run through all of their conversations:
Passion: They love what they do. If they weren’t making so much money, they’d be tempted to do it for free.
Values: Their daily activities are extremely important to them.
Talent: They’re good at what they do. Call it talent or ability, they’ve got what it takes to be one of the best.
Destiny: They have a sense that they are doing what they were born to do. They are making their own unique contribution. It’s almost a spiritual thing. They’re following their intuition and feel they are fulfilling their destiny.
I came to know that the person is said to be Extraordinary. My leaders use to tell to become extraordinary, just keep "Extra" before ordinary..
These four things(passion, values, talent, destiny) might add That 'extra'.

SUCCESS@ hardwork
To some people the word Success is like climbing Mount Everest, particularly those who are not in the habit of setting high goals and thus not thinking positively, aggressively, passionately, obsessively to achieve them. These are the people who unconsciously tend to leave their plane of life flying on auto-pilot. They are not failures, but rather lethargic and complacent.
Success itself becomes a mammoth obstacle for people who do not look beyond the passing moment. The legendary Henry Ford said about a hundred years ago "Obstacles are those frightful things you see when you take your eyes off your goal." Perfectly correct description of obstacles.
Any recipe of success requires the following three basic ingredients:
1. Goal
A clearly defined goal is, in fact, the driving force that keeps you in action till you achieve it. Here, I would like you to understand the difference between a goal and a dream. Dreams are not tagged with a validity of time, but goals are and that is why they never let you opt for an auto-pilot.
So, choose your goals wisely and realistically.
2. Obsession
No driving force can work without continuous supply of a fuel. The existence of obsession acts like a fuel for the vehicle of a gratifying accomplishment. The stronger and deeper the passion, the better the quality of fuel is.
And your obsession should not be a hypothetical fantasy.
3. Action
Action plays the role of a driver that is you. It solely depends upon you just how you control your vehicle preserving the fuel and moving in the right direction. There is always a first step towards initiating action. This first step is the beginning of the process of success.
Action needs positive thinking radiating the waves of energy that always result in success.
The best formula for achieving success is flooding your mind with the feelings of success. Instead of engaging your mind on the long process and modus operandi of achieving success, focus the whole of your personality and character on one thing that you have already achieved success.
This is what I call "think succeeded". Push your mind to the limit where it sends you a series of SMS messages that you have succeeded.
Overwhelming your brain with achieved success will keep you concentrating on passionately moving ahead on the path to success.
Success initiates with the very first step of setting a goal before you. Here is an example of the colossal importance of a goal:
Just imagine what would happen in a soccer field if only the two goal-posts are removed and twenty two players are directed to play the game? I do not have to explain scenario in detail. There is only one word to describe the situation "chaos".
Success haunts only those people who avoid bothering about setting goals. The concept of life without goals, challenges and action is like accepting defeat without entering the battlefield.
All the awards, rewards, appreciation, applause and honours are for the action heroes, not for the lethargic and complacent zombies who opt for auto-pilot.
Wake up from the slumber, create goals, fill your mind with success and go all out for action.

introducing myself.
I'm from Hindupur(AndraPradesh). where I lived for most of my life benefiting from a warm and supporting family, and a town provided me with a sound education and opportunities for personal growth. Since my earliest school days I have been interested in the pursuit of knowledge and truth, a search which was inspired by my parents and enhanced by my teachers. This has stayed with me into adult life, and I now find myself realizing the importance and beauty of such ideas and principles. My aim therefore is to develop this approach to life and to share it with others through everything I do. In terms of work, this means motivating and encouraging others by my own positive example, doing my best in everything, and never being afraid to say
“I don’t know”. Rather, I hope to inspire a creative and positive way of dealing with the various problems that are a part of everyone’s lives.
Concepts of trust and responsibility have been central to my life and are, I hope, evident in everything that I take on, from my school-life in Hindupur, to activities such as"promoting online computer education", "building career relationships"etc,.. In all these things I have come to understand the importance of respecting others. Being a student with lot of dreams joined an organization where the people inspired me to achieve greatness in a very short period. This awareness has been heightened and has helped me further to develop myself and motivated to take active part in development of INDIA. Finally, my personal motto is something that I came across my life's journey. This phrase has stayed with me since then and sums up my approach to life:
“A good life is one inspired by love and guided by knowledge.”
